The waitlist form collects your name, email address, birthdate, and city. It also records your confirmation that you are 18 or older, and whether you opted in to product updates.

Your birthdate is what seeds your astrological chart. It is the one field Align cannot work without.

If you buy the Houston Beta Badge, our payment processor collects your billing details on its own checkout. We never see or store your card number.

Our hosting and edge providers may process basic technical data such as your IP address in order to serve the site securely and to rate-limit abuse.

To hold your place in line, to compute your chart and alignments, to tell you when Align opens in your city, and to understand where demand exists.

If you opted in, we send occasional updates about Align. No daily drip campaigns, no engagement bait, and nothing unrelated to Align. You can opt out at any time.

We do not sell or rent your personal information. We do not share your birthdate, chart, or readings with advertisers or data brokers.

Your alignments are visible only to you and the people you choose to align with.

We share data only with the service providers that operate this site, and only as needed to run the waitlist. We may disclose information where the law requires it.

Waitlist entries are submitted through a Cloudflare Worker and stored in our Supabase Postgres database, under access rules that allow new sign-ups to be written but not read back out by the public site.

We keep your entry until Align launches and you have had the chance to create an account, or until you ask us to remove it — whichever comes first.

Align is for adults. You must be 18 or older to join the waitlist, buy the Houston Beta Badge, or use the app. The waitlist is not directed to anyone under 18 and we do not knowingly collect information from children.

We ask you to confirm your age, and we remove accounts that misrepresent it.

This site does not set advertising cookies and does not load third-party analytics or tracking pixels.

It uses local storage on your device only to remember small things, and essential cookies only.

Ask us what we hold, correct it, or ask us to erase it at any time, and we will respond within 30 days. Write to support@comealign.com.

We may update this policy as the product develops. Material changes will be reflected in the date above.
