Refund Policy

Full refund on request any time before the Align app launches in Houston. After beta launch, no refund once Align+ has been activated on your account.

Automatic-refund deadline if Align has not launched: pending confirmation.

• Duplicate or incorrect charges.
• Purchases made by someone under 18 (we also cancel the order).

Orders canceled because of a violation of our Terms or Acceptable Use Policy, such as fraud or a stolen card.

Email support@comealign.com from the email you used at checkout, with your purchase date or Stripe receipt. We reply within 2 business days, and approved refunds return to your original payment method within 5 to 10 business days. Once refunded, your Houston Beta perks are canceled.

Please contact us before filing a chargeback; we can usually fix billing problems faster. Where the law gives you a greater right to a refund, that law applies.
